  Departure: 10:00am Villasimius port
  
  -> sailing to the Isola di Cavoli
     1. Swimming break
         Visit the island and the lighthouse.
  
  Lunch: Spaghetti in Tomato souce
                     Gamberoni in whitewine
                     wine, water, coffee
  -> sailing to the bay of Is Molenti
     2. Swimming break
  -> sailing to the bay of Villasimius and back to the port.
     with a possible 3. swimming break
  
  Arrival: 05:00pm
